These Terms & Conditions outline our general terms of service, booking process, and cancellation policy. By making a booking, you agree to these terms in full.
Cancellation & Amendments
1.1 Cancellation of Full Event
More than 14 days before event: Loss of deposit (20% of booking value)
Less than 14 days before event: Loss of full payment (100%)
1.2 Date Amendments
More than 14 days before event: No charge
Less than 14 days before event: 10% admin fee (minimum £25 per booking)
Within 48 hours of event: No amendments permitted
1.3 Reduction in Participant Numbers
More than 14 days before event: Loss of 20% deposit per person
Less than 14 days before event: Loss of full payment per person
1.4 Important Notes
All cancellations and amendments must be made in writing and acknowledged by us
Verbal cancellations or changes are not accepted
The 14-day period includes weekends and bank holidays
Additional services (e.g. catering) may incur separate charges
Once a booking is confirmed, your right to cancel without penalty ends in line with Distance Selling Regulations.

2.2 Payment Terms
A 20% deposit or full payment is required at booking
The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event
Booking Confirmation
Confirmation and receipt will be issued after payment and availability check
You must contact us if confirmation is not received
Failure to locate the venue due to missing confirmation is the customer’s responsibility
Health & Safety
Our activities are physically demanding and may involve risk of minor injury. Please seek advice if you have:
Pregnancy
Back or muscle injuries
High blood pressure
Epilepsy or similar conditions
You may be required to sign a disclaimer confirming you are fit to participate.
Personal Safety Requirements
All safety instructions must be followed at all times
Appropriate safety equipment must be worn correctly
Participants must not exceed their physical capabilities
You accept responsibility for your own safety and any minors in your care
Refusal to follow safety procedures or sign disclaimers will result in cancellation without refund.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
If an activity is cancelled due to weather or unavoidable circumstances:
Your booking will be rescheduled (no refunds)
New dates must be within 3 months of the original booking
Alternatives may include:Credit for future booking
Vouchers for the same value
Refusal of Participation
We reserve the right to refuse or remove participants if they:
Do not meet age, height, or weight requirements
Are unfit due to physical or mental conditions
Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Arrive late and miss safety briefings
Display unsafe, aggressive, or abusive behaviour
Such cases are treated as cancellations and full charges apply.
Activity Information & Restrictions
Activity descriptions are accurate at time of booking
Prices, duration, and details may change
Customers are responsible for reviewing all restrictions (age, height, weight, etc.) before booking
No responsibility is accepted for unsuitable bookings
Complaints Procedure
Issues must be raised on the day with staff
Complaints made after participation may not be considered
Booking-related complaints must be submitted in writing via email
We will investigate and respond once all information is gathered
Refund Policy
Maximum refund is limited to the amount paid
No compensation for consequential loss, inconvenience, or stress
Participation in any activity voids refund eligibility
Data Protection
We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your data will be:
Processed lawfully and fairly
Used only for relevant purposes
Kept accurate and secure
Not retained longer than necessary
We comply with GDPR and do not share data with third parties.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, brand names, logos, and domain names are protected.
Unauthorised use is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Legal & Compliance
13.1 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England, Scotland, and Wales.
13.2 Jurisdiction
You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area of residence.
13.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including:
Natural disasters
War or civil unrest
Industrial disputes
13.4 Severability
If any part of these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining sections remain enforceable.
13.5 Waiver
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
13.6 Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights are not affected.
